Oficial Spartan

Oficial Spartan is the current ring name of Victor Manuel Monts , who is a Mexican luchador enmascarado, or masked professional wrestler currently working for the Mexican professional wrestling promotion International Wrestling Revolution Group as a part of the Los Oficiales Elite group alongside Oficial Factor and Oficial Rayan. Monts previously worked under a number of other ring names including Omega and Arlequn Rojo, but they are not officially acknowledged as the enmascarado character is promoted as a separate entity from Monts previous characters as is often the case when a Mexican wrestler adopts a new masked character.
